I read deeply into reviews and decided last month to take a chance on what I thought were quality Ecco sandals. After a month of walking, during which time I only walked a handful of miles, the straps separated from the sole! It appears as if they were simply glued together. This makes me question the quality control and manufacturing materials and methods of the sandals. Needless to say, I will be returning these and will not be purchasing another Ecco sandal again.
