Say Apple has a secret brand new type of phone coming out Q2 that they expect to sell very well, but have not released any details on.

In the Q1 guidance for the year, do they include the potential revenue from that product?

I am asking out of curiosity from AMD. Does the low guidance mean they don't expect their new products to be all that effective?

Similarly how do they account for potential binary possibilites that could be huge streams of revenue? For example, say the company thinks they may secure a contract that will net them a ton of money. How is this accounted for in guidance figures? Especially if the deal is suppose to be secret?
