My parents are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year and it is tradition in my family for the couple to have a party because my dad's side is so extravagant. My parents would like one but know the cost that goes into it. My sister and I are planning a party for them but out of the two of us I am the only one employed and let's be real parties are expensive. So my question is how to throw a nice, inexpensive party with a a budget of like 200 and no more than 45 guests
