Hi everyone. This is my first post on reddit ever. My sis has been using it for ages and told me to try it out. I'm not a cook and I only recently got to know things like carbohydrates, proteins and what they're for, so I'm only getting into this food journey. So my question is basically how to save money on food, but at the same time maintain healthy diet.
