I just got married a year ago and live in an apartment with my husband. He's just starting his medical residency and I'm already a podiatry resident. We have SOME savings. We would love to ideally move into a house in a few years. How can I plan/what can I do in order to be able to achieve this? I would also need a loan, which I've never requested.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
