I live in Chicago and my brother needs two root canals after his teeth basically rotted away. He tried opening a credit line for himself but he has bad credit and so they denied him. He tried asking me to open it in his name but I refuse because he seems to be struggling with his finances at the time (hence the bad credit).
I'm thinking if directing him to take out a personal loan from the bank but are there more options for him?
