I recently moved into my own place, and am picking back up my backing hobby. As such, I'm thinking of investing in a nice stand mixer.
I've heard that, in recent years, KitchenAid mixers have decreased in quality. Is this true, and if so, what stand mixer is now recommended as the most BIFL mixer on the market?
Sorry of this question has been asked before, I'm just running around picking things up for my next batch of macarons and it popped into my head. Thanks in advance for your answers and knowledge.
