Need to buy commercial real estate with my 401k funds.
ROBS is not a good fit.
Still learning about Self-Directed IRA and its costs.
One thought is doing a loan against the 401k cash. I would first need to roll-over to a Roth or IRA mgmt firm. If doing this option, who has the best loan-against-yourself rates?
Or other options?
