Apart from Tesla, I feel that the majority of auto companies seems to be undervalued. I'm interested in Daimler AG, BMW, and Honda which has a P/E of 7 or less, P/B very close to 1, and pay around 2-5% in dividends. These companies are also performing quite well (ROE of 18%, 16%, and 13% respectively). What are your thoughts? Are these stocks undervalued?
