Att added mobile insurance protection to my account although I've had the account for 5 years with out it and have had my current phone for a year and half and denied it upon purchase. Got an email title "get the most of your account and near the bottom they said they added insurance on my behalf and will charge me 8.99 a month.
I immediately went to the app and found the insurance for my device and it was turned on and I turned it off.
Immediately getting an email titled "recent changes to your account(s)" the body was clearly stated in what the change was
