A lot of major retailers have ebay outlets that sell stock, either because it is being discontinued, or it out of style (seasonal.)

I picked up some shoes for around £6, which appeared to be in good condition. They became my preferred footwear choice for work.

About three months ago, I started to notice my knee was very painful and was taking codeine (prescribed) to get rid of the pain.

I play football and thought it may have been related to an previous injury.

Due to the codeine only being a temporary solution to the pain, I decided to investigate what could have been the catalyst for my knee pain.

Over the last few months, I had worn these nearly everyday and only recently noticed that one sole of the shoe has far down, gradually causing an imbalance in my walking, which in turn, put more pressure on my knee, thus causing pain.

About two weeks ago, I stopped wearing my 'cheap' shoes and invested in some comfier shoes with some insoles.

This has improved my lifestyle and reduced the pain massively.

I think this sub is fantastic, however, when it comes to your health, never skimp because it may end up costing you more in the long run.
