I know there has been some hard feelings regarding Dr. Martens since they changed their manufacturing location but I just wanted to share a personal story. In January I purchased a pair of "For Life" boots and they seemed a bit large. I figured they were just not broken in yet, so I wore them until today I just decided that they were in fact too large.
I went on their website and realized that I was completely outside of the 60 day window of registering and I had completely lost my registration code. So I called their line, and in less than 10 minutes I had spoken to two wonderful customer service representatives (native english speakers) and we have formulated a plan to get me a new pair of boots.
Just wanted to share a positive story.
