28 years old, I have been putting off investing and researching etc. because the amount of information out there is staggering. I just opened up a TD Ameritrade account today and want to start building for retirement, among other things. Internet research comes up with thousands upon thousands of articles, none of which are coherent between sources, but Reddit seems to be a community of rational people (for the most part) so i figured I'd start here. Where do I even begin? Roth IRA, traditional IRA, vanguard, stocks, bonds, mutual funds it's all so ridiculously confusing. I feel like I'm kind of late to the game here, but better late than never, right? Any advice on the topic would be super helpful to me.
