Hello, first time poster in this sub. So, I have around $60K to invest and was wondering what the SIMPLEST strategy would be for a 5-7% average annual rate of return. I know nothing is guaranteed but im thinking of not touching this money for the next 8+ years. Would love to hear from the Experienced and knowledgeable long-term investors. Thank you
