I'm thinking of investing in the vegan market after seeing "Cowspiracy" and "Forks over knives"(a must watch!) on Netflix. Does anyone know any ambitious mock meat companies or something similar? I know the market is growing rapidly and will in my opinion explode when "low meat, high plant" becomes the new "low carb".
