I made the mistake of ordering a pair of jeans from Mott and bow. They looked legit, they weren't too expensive and I needed some good new denim.

I got the order and they were sized so much smaller than the norm for that size so I set up an exchange. It's now been several weeks and I keep getting the "were processing your order it'll ship today" response from their customer satisfaction team. I've been promised these would ship that day for a week and a half.

They came back, told me they lost my exchange and gave me a 10 dollar credit. They told me a new process meant to speed orders up has caused this. At this point I am telling them to refund me. These jeans aren't worth the trouble.

Anyone else deal with this crap from Mott and bow? I've literally done multiple exchanges and received products already from other companies in the time I've been waiting for these jeans.

Alright, done ranting.
