I'm moving 2000 miles. Driving, solo. Three days. I'd like to not need to get restaurant food, with the exception of a resto my traveling musician friends have raved about for years. I have budgeted one restaurant meal per day, at lunch.

I have a bag with a layer of Mylar bubble wrap. I'll freeze a block of ice and restock at the hotels. Thinking hummus, bell peppers, durable fruit (grapes, apples, citrus), a couple not so durable fruits (peaches) for day one, nuts, a cucumber or two. For dinner at the hotels, I have instant soups and other dry microwave options, and in case the continental breakfast is too sad, instant oatmeal. Cold brew tea and water.

What other things could I throw in? No cheese or meat, please. I assume those continental breakfasts will be bread and cereal and waffles, so all the carbs and sweets.

Thanks!
