Many of you may not be aware that the tiny, useless sliver of soap at the end of a bar can bond to the next bar of soap. So rather than ruthlessly shoving it down the drain or tossing it in the bin, press it gently onto the new bar and leave it on a soap tray that doesn't pool water. Over the next day, the bar will dry and the two will bond together to form one.
