A few days ago I found myself becoming completely fed up with so many things on the internet, be it foreign politics, forums, media, trolls, etc.
So it got me thinking...
On average, I've probably wasted an hour each day on commenting/browsing/reading/etc for some 17 years. (...probably more)
That would be over 250 days, awake, nonstop, of my short life, achieving absolutely nothing.
Life's too short, the internet is too big, so beings the blocking.
Granted I'm taking this to extreme measures, if a website has autoplay it gets blocked, communities which I've been a part of for years, etc. But at the end of the day, I miss nothing.
Reddit isn't going on this list just yet, but my Reddit filter for subreddits and keywords is expanding.
I hope this helps some of you out there.
