As many of you know, DB did an additional offering of common shares and offered buying rights to existing shareholders. I looked at the conditions, the offering price looked attractive (can't remember exactly what it was, or on what it depended, but I though it was around 13$?) and I decided to exercise the right, thus not selling the rights (which traded at $2.4 when trading stopped 03/31).
A week later though, I was assigned the shares, but as it appears now it must 've been at a price around 18.25$. That makes no sense at all since it was trading much lower than that at the moment of assignment, let alone it was the price indicated in the rights.
Can anyone with more experience in this matter please explain what might've happened there?
