From my combing through stocks I found this company which I believe to be undervalued, but it seems to be too good to be true, can someone have a look as well? I think either I am missing something or it's a company the market hasn't seen yet. It's a very small company and the stock isn't traded that much.
The company has stock ticker PRP on the LSE.
Positives:
- P/E of 7
- div yield 5%
- revenue ~10% growth a year for last 5 years
- net income growth almost every year for past 5 years
- No debt
Negatives:
- Market cap 11.33 MM £
- ~100 employees
Is this like an airline stock where the risks are large and so the market has priced that in at ~7 P/E ? They are recruiters for specialist niche people (they have offices in Mayfair, a wealthy part of London) so I'm thinking that there is a moat here, in that not many companies can just come in and start a similar business because they don't have the customer/specialist contacts.
They have offices in London, Hong Kong and Singapore.
