Hey everyone, like the title suggests price targets confuse me a little bit. I understand what they are, but this stock for example, ALDX is currently sitting around $4.30. In multiple articles people have the price target for one year at $16+. I just don't understand, that seems ridiculously high, and if true, wouldn't everyone be jumping on it? can someone help me understand what this means or if I'm missing something completely, thanks!
