Hi everyone, I was just wondering if this is a common strategy and if anyone here does this. Has it worked for you? Any tips?
I have income to be able to pay off say a $10,000 LOC but don't actually have the capital. Utilizing dividend growth, interest deductions, gross-up dividends and a positive cash-flow does this seem like something reasonable AFTER taking into consideration standard stock market risks.
