I'll cut to the chase, I'm about 21 and I've got parents that I no longer speak to (get the hint), and I haven't seen a dentist in well over 10 years since I had (if I remember) all 32 of my teeth laid with porcelain veneers (I won the genetic lottery) - I haven't had the money or the time, with college and other debts and such.

Of course, now that I've been laid off and am in the process of finding a new job, I have an excruciating jaw pain that's resurfaced. Even without this obvious red flag, the veneers themselves have become faded and discolored (which of course impacts my ability to get a job.)

Where do I even begin to try to look for ways to pay for this, assuming I get insurance? (I'm located in Florida) I've tried looking into loans and things like that, but if I have to drop even $4,000 with insurance that'd put me so far behind in debts... Even with my degree I'm barely pulling $12/hr. I've tried giving local dentists a call for their two cents but all I've gotten is referrals to loaning companies. Is there some resource that my Google-fu is failing me at finding? Any insight would be appreciated.
