My stepmom has my car in her name, even though I bought it myself at 18. How do I get it in my name?

So, we went and bought a car so I had something to drive after graduation, as I'm a senior in high school. When it came time to sign the paperwork, my stepmom immediately jumped in and began signing away, like I didn't drop 7,000$ on a car. How should I go about getting the car into my name?
