Long while ago, at least 5 years, might be closer to a decade, I purchased four Smartwool Versaweight Merino T-shirts and two Long Sleeves in XL. Long since discontinued I've worn them everyday since then. I own no other shirts save a crappy rotten cotton thing required for work. I wash only in cold water and air dry. I DEARLY LOVE them. I've never found Merino from all the other companies I've tried (Icebreaker, Ibex, Outlier, etc..) that matches them. The combination of fit, colour and heavier weight is perfect. Forgot to add! These are four season shirts! Wind, rain or shine, 90's or Teen's. Everyday.
The Blue, my favourite, has the most battle damage. I'm hoping they continue to hold. I initially bought them on a whim but I'm hoping they last for life.
