Hi all,

On paper, I make $32,000 a year before taxes. I take home $1800/month currently, or $21,600 a year. That is about a third of my income gone. Is that correct? Am I crazy here?

Any help will be much appreciated!

Edit: I just used the IRS.GOV withholding calculator, and they suggested I file single with 3 withholdings. This seems odd, as I only support myself.

Edit 2: You guys are the best.
