The job requires my shoes to be non-slip and topped with leather. I have back issues from carrying a 55 inch drum for 4 years in high school so I need excellent support. I don't care about style at all I just need functionality. I'm 3 weeks into the job I've been using the shoes I wore when I worked at the fast food restaurant Raising Canes but they're not cutting it. My feet hurt more than they should after every shift and they're tearing. Job requires a lot of walking, bending, lifting, and sometimes stuff gets dropped on my toe
