This is obviously a huge YMMV situation, but I found a pair of Kenton Pacer leather boots in the burnished tobacco color (size 10.5) marked down $160 in the clearance section. They had an additional 40% off all final sale/clearance items, but their website currently shows 50% off final sale. I showed them that on my phone and they honored it. Was able to get them for $80 out the door.
As of last night, the N Michigan Ave J Crew store in Chicago still had a size 10 available in the chestnut color. That one was marked at $140, so it would come down to $70 if you convinced them to give you the 50% off.
Those were literally the only 2 shoes in the clearance section. Not sure if this is just a local thing or if they can be found nationwide.
