I bought three collard shirts yesterday for less than ten dollars. These are new, never been worn and on par with polo/Ralph Lauren.
No, I did not order them online but you can. I found a factory direct store called Factory 2 U and they have men's wear super cheap. Khaki pants for $9.99, cargo shorts for $5.99, Billabong type sandals for $1.99, graphic tees for $1.99.
I do live close to LA county so the wholesale district is right around the corner, but it is possible to get three new outfits for under $30 wherever you live.
Now if you really want to get frugal you can get a seller's permit, order a dozen shirts, get each for about $1.50 and not pay tax because they do not tax items that are meant for resale.
Live in the middle of nowhere, USA? No problem. AAA (tee shirt brand), shaka and gildan will probably ship to you. Or just look for the "poorer" area of your city and find a place that sells plain gildan or AAA shirts. There should be a mom and pop store that sells them cheap near you!
