The dentist I go to has a $150 membership that gives you 40% off future work, 2 free cleanings, 2 free x rays, and 2 free checkups. After my first visit I was given a list of all of my cavities and how much each would be before and after discount. The before prices averaged around $300 each before discount. That sounds a little scammy to me.
