I'll start by saying I'm really ignorant about how this stuff works, so I'll probably get a lot of the terms wrong.Here's my patch panel. At a minimum, I'm hoping that by plugging my router into the wall jack, I can rearrange the wiring so that a different jack in the house is active (3rd to 4th jacks). Ideally, all of the other Ethernet jacks in the house would be active.I'd like to keep my router in the middle of the house so that my wifi works everywhere.
