Does anyone in here have experience investing in a regulation A+ listings? The laws for them recently changed, and I have been seeing this commercial for an app called Wayyo on TV, they are trying to skip the traditional IPO process essentially. The app supposedly compares uber vs. lyft prices, but doesn't even have a working app available yet... This one in particular seems like a huge sucker bet, but Im curious if there have been more legitimate ones on the market. If this one is successful Im sure many will follow...
