Super cheap carrots in the stores (UK)! I bought a ton and made two of my favourite recipes - carrot coriander falafels and spiced carrot and red lentil soup but I still have a ton of carrots leftover and now I don't know what to make :'( ! Any suggestions for frugal carrot recipes?
