I have some basic electrical knowledge. I have replaced a few light switches, a dimmer, and outlets with no problem. However when I recently went to change my 2nd dimmer I became very confused on how to wire it up.There are 3 wires coming through the box. As seen HereThis is what the New dimmer wiring looks like HereFrom all the documentation it has the white (neutral) just capped and running through the box.
