Hey guys! I'm looking for really (really really) cheap 1-year university language programs offered to international students. For example, the other day I found a University in Russia that offers a 1 year russian language program for $1050. Yes, it's in the middle of Siberia. Yes, it's the coldest city in the world, but it's cheap, so it's perfectly fine to me.
Do you know any similar alternatives? No matter the language, as long as it's cheap to learn it, I'm very interested.
