So I'm currently an outbound sales agent for a company that is on the rise and will continue to grow. When I took this job (merely 6 months ago) I saw this company as a promising future due to their rapid expansion, they'd just appointed a head of sales where as previously the teams reported directly to the GM. I no longer feel this way as the best member of my team who has been around for about a year has not had any discussions with senior management regarding his future and he would be a great leader and has a background in sales management. We currently report to the head of sales who oversees a total of 40 staff.

Anyway I'm currently on about 47.5k a year but with my commission that jumps up to 80k. I know that my commission is going to be changed soon, I just don't know how much this will change by however I'm currently overpaid

I could apply for a customer service job in a field where I have more experience in and the annual salary is 62k.

I'm loving this 80k a year however I don't want to be stuck when they change it.

Thoughts?
