I switched apartments and my current room's window does not provide nearly as much light as my previous room did. I now have two 1.5' x 7' vertical windows in my balcony doors in the corner of my room, before I had a 4' x 5' window in the center of my room. I have my desk situated perpendicular to those windows; because otherwise I can't open my balcony doors. I have a standing ikea light that really doesn't do much, and this 12w LED Lamp which helps a bit... but was honestly hoping I would've been brighter.
If could replicate the brightness of sitting in front of a window during the day; I'd be ecstatic. Good drafting or LED desk lamps?
