I replaced my socks with Darn Tough's dress crew light solid socks. I live in Southern California and, now that the weather is warming up, I find the socks to be so hot that I have to take them off. Any recommendations on a long lasting sock that excels in hot weather?
Note: Many people claim that wool socks keep you warmer in cold weather and cooler in hot weather. I think if the sun was beating down on my socks then, yes, my feet would stay cooler than cotton. However, when the heat is generated from my feet, the heat takes longer to dissipate with wool and therefore my feet get too hot vs cotton.
