We recently became aware of an issue impacting some Credit Karma Tax members who owed state taxes in New York. If you chose to pay your taxes with direct debit, your payment information may not have been transmitted to the State.
We have notified the State of New York and are working with them to resolve the issue. We'll be reaching out again as soon as we have more information.
