I run an Etsy shop where I sell digital clipart & scrapbooking sets. The products I sell are generally sold for $3-$5 a piece. This is just a side hobby that I have been doing for the past two years to earn extra income (usually a few hundred a month).

I received a private message last night from a representative from a start-up digital scrapbooking/social media app saying they are interested in purchasing some of my artwork to use in their app. They wanted to know if I had a licensing agreement that I could send to them.

As I mentioned, I have just been doing this for a fun hobby and am pleased to have been able to earn any money at it. I do not have a licensing agreement and do not really know what one entails. I am also unsure as to how something like this works financially. Do I just charge X amount for a one time fee? What should that amount be? I want to receive fair compensation for any artwork that will be used.

I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed!

Edit: I am also posting this in legal advice because I was unsure which subreddit was a better fit for this question.
