Had to stop at Dollar General on the way home from a DR appointment. Needed some gauze pads and vitamins. Found out that they are holding a 50% off sale on all clearance items April 28 and Saturday April 29. Found Always pads (I'm a lady so when these are on sale I will stock up) that would have been about 8 or 9 bucks. Paid 2. New razor- $2. 2 boxes of 10 gauze pads (name brand) , 77 cents. And $1.50 for a bag of 18 ALL brand detergent pod things for clothes. With all of that and my probiotics ($7 not on sale) and some regular priced gauze I paid less than $18 bucks and thinking of going back tomorrow to stock up on the always pads and laundry soap.
Disclaimer- I do not work for DG, I just live in a small town and have a broken leg, so for simple things, it's easier for me to deal with going up the street to a small store vs driving a half hour to a Walmart or Meijer. Hope this helps someone!
