Title pretty much says it all. My washer broke so I decided to buy a new washer and dryer. Best Buy approved a $2000 credit card and told me they would be sending it in the mail. I went that day and bought a new set by showing my ID and having them look up my new credit card. Everything was copacetic until yesterday when they sent me a letter saying that I had an application on file from I don't even know how long ago and it is against their policy so they have decided not to give me. They didn't send a bill for the washer and dryer. They didn't even mention it at all. Just a middle finger and no credit card.
What am i supposed to do now? I can't afford to pay for it in cash and they hauled away my old set, which if i had to I could have just repaired, so I'm either screwed out of a washer and dryer or I'm going to be sent to collections I guess. Help!!!!!!
