Small amount of damages around 100 dollars that I told them about. Said they would take care of it after I move out and send bill. On move out day I ask them for bill said it would be a few days, a week goes by I contact them for bill. Say they are busy and give it more time. I call again after 2 weeks and again they want more time. 2 more weeks go by and I get a collections letter for 100 dollars.
Called them and they blew me off saying everyone says they didn't get a letter. Go there in person and they admit there was a mistake and they would handle it. Now the person that is supposed to handle it is on vacation. They wont take my money and they are jerking me around. This is garbage..
I want it REMOVED from my credit report.. Not just shown that I paid it off.
