I purchased the Mr. Bar-B-Q brand cover for my BBQ grill on December 2012 (http://ift.tt/2nDQiDm) and noticed this month during spring cleaning it was getting a bit ratty finally. I emailed the mother company which is, of all things, the Blue Rhino propane company. They wanted a proof of purchase (thanks Amazon for keeping my history!), and a new cover is on the way with no questions, no shipping charges, and no drama.
This is one of the only covers that has really lasted after buying 3,289 POS covers at Home Depot/Lowes and you can actually throw it on a warm grill and it won't catch fire/melt. Buy one or don't....I'm not your boss. :)
