I haven't seen anything posted on FMF recently (read: a week or two) and they keep sending out emails... but everything I've come across on their website is final sale.
My gut instinct is to avoid them but I'm wondering what the FMF thinks. Did everyone who had a problem with their order ever get any resolution?
