How'd it work if you tried it? Which broker did you use?
Do the shares actually trade at bid-ask, or are they fixed at the valuation of the last funding round?
How liquid are shares?
How quickly does the transaction happen?
Is it relatively easy to buy whatever amount you want or will there only be a thin min/max share transactions available?
Are the shares subject to lock-up after ipo?
