Hello internet. Hoping this would be a good sub, but maybe there are others out there. Are there any hunters or folks that cook with venison? I'm looking for some recipes other than the standard chili and spaghetti sauce, that will use up some of my boyfriends freezer stash.
Currently he has a couple lbs of ground meat, several lbs of deer chorizo(cut with pig fat), and some deer steaks.
Just hoping to stretch this meat budget a bit and use up the stash!
