Kind of a naive question. Let's say I'm watching $OWCP, right now trading @ 1.20. Looking at lvl 2 quotes, there's a bunch of buyers bidding 10k shares at 0.01-0.06. VFinance investments, for example, bids 10k shares @ 0.06 and aks 1 share @ 2000.00.

What's the point? I guess they are counting on some dumb player to buy or sell at market price, but is there really any sucker that would place a 30k order at mkt price?
