Hi everybody - a bit of realism has finally hit me after 3 years of being out of school. I am an artist and over the last 3 years, I have been fortunate to receive a string of freelance gigs along with 2 contracts worth a year each to supplement my earnings. However, for the first time in a few years, I am without an offer and employment after July of this year. I have been saving as much as I can over the last couple years and I am wondering how I should organize my financial situation during a time of unemployment. Also, the arts world is small and in a bubble, I am curious as to how I am relative to other 28 year olds in different fields of interest.

Assets: Savings: 100k Investments: 25k Traditional IRA: 18k Own 1 bedroom apartment
